What does the closure mean for me?
If you have a delivery scheduled from 25/3/20 onwards, unfortunately, your trusses and floor joists have not been manufactured, and we will no longer be able to do so until we can reopen. Our Production Manager will be contacting all our customers who have scheduled deliveries to inform them individually. We will call you to advise options moving forward.
I sent in a project for quotation, what does the closure mean for me?
All our design team can work remotely and will be able to complete designs and quotations. They can send and receive email so will be in touch with you. If you have any questions or queries, please do get in touch and they will be happy to answer your questions.
I had my delivery, but I haven’t received my invoice.
Our office staff are remote working. We are aiming to get all invoices for deliveries completed and sent out by electronic means.
My trusses/posi-joists were delivered, but there’s a problem, who do I call?
Please contact our office, you can call the office number, or you can email your designer directly with the email address that you have been using to communicate. We will aim to resolve any issues as well as we can.
I’ve paid for my order, but now I won’t receive it. What can I do?
Please contact the office, we are aware that this is a difficult situation for everyone, and we will do our utmost to resolve the situation.
We want to thank you for your ongoing support, we wish you and your loved ones well during this time and will keep you updated with the latest information regarding our factory reopening as soon as we can.
Kind regards,
Chris Williams
