It’s with great pleasure that I announce some fantastic new additions to the ETS management team for 2022. Following another record-breaking year, and with our investment plans for the manufacturing plant due to be completed in 2022, these appointments will help to push our business forward, whilst ensuring we uphold our commitment to providing excellent customer service, and continue to maintain our rapid 5 day delivery lead-time.
Business Development Director – Darren Dolman
Darren brings to the team a wealth of experience and passion for the timber engineering industry. Darren is an outstanding appointment for ETS, and his industry knowledge and business development skills will be crucial in propelling the business to new heights.
Operations Manager – Leah Llewellyn
Leah’s commitment and enthusiasm at work is infectious. Utilising her previous experience she will oversee all operational aspects of the business. Primarily focusing on Health & Safety, Human Resources, Marketing and improving business efficiency, her role is key to sustained and successful growth.
Posi Department Manager – Richard Pashley
The metal web joist market continues to go from strength to strength. Richard has overseen phenomenal growth in ETS’ metal web joist sales in the last few years, and with his vast experience he will continue to maximise the opportunities available in this developing market. His drive to succeed is unrivalled and I’ve every confidence that this sector of the business will continue to grow rapidly under his leadership.
Production Manager – Rob Matthews
Rob has been with the company since its inception. First through the door in the morning and often the last one out in the evening, you won’t find a more committed employee. He will continue to be responsible for our manufacturing & delivery scheduling, stock purchasing and maintaining our 5 day delivery promise.
Roof Design Manager – Brendon Hayward
Brendon has been with the design team since 2008. His attention for detail, design and drawing quality are second to none. Brendon will take on the roof design manager position and ensure that his high standards are achieved across the entire design team. This will make certain that as a team we continually improve our design skills as the business expands.
Resource Manager – Cat Saxon
Although relatively new to the team, Cat has made exceptional progress in her first few months and takes on the role of Resource Manager. Cat will be responsible for ensuring customer expectations are met, or exceeded, at every opportunity. Furthermore, Cat will be responsible for co-ordination between the manufacturing and design teams, project allocation, site survey management and enquiry management.
In a very competitive and often challenging market, I’ve every confidence that this new management team will secure ETS’ position at the forefront of the timber engineering industry. They each have their own unique skills and qualities and as we head in to an exciting new chapter in ETS’ future, their combined expertise will ensure our growth is sustained in an effective and efficient manner.
