So, how exactly do you go about buying roof trusses online?
By coming to ETS, we will ask you to provide your plans and drawings, and if you don’t have those, then we can get started from just your dimensions.
Once we’ve got that information, we can begin to design your project, whether roof trusses or metal web joists, in our cutting edge software PAMIR, provided by Mitek Industries. Within the design suite, your dimensions and details will be entered bringing to life your project.
Once your project is underway, more accurate dimensions will be taken this can either be carried out by the homeowner, the builder or by one of our design team who will come to the site. During this visit, they will take the dimensions and can further discuss the requirements with you. With these dimensions, the final design will be confirmed and sent out for approval.

Once we have the final approval, the designers send the project to production where our manufacturing team will begin to assemble the trusses or metal web joists. With our industry-leading technology and experienced manufacturing teams, we can manufacture and deliver your trusses or joists to site within 5-7 working days.
Included with the delivery of your roof trusses or metal web joists, will be a set of laminated A3 drawings showing how the trusses or joists are to be positioned, including metalwork and bracing diagrams.
If any questions arise during the build on the site, our design team are available to answer queries offering industry best practice advice.
Finally, we will provide the structural calculations for your project, which you can give to building control to satisfy the building inspector’s requirement for structural validation for the trusses or joists.
